Overcoming the gender gap by providing internal talent teams and hiring managers with a diverse shortlist of suitable candidates for every position.

UNCONCIOUS BIAS

Eliminating unconscious bias by 'ghosting' CV's. This is an effort to establish a more objective hiring process by redacting information on CV’s that may lead to visual bias in the selection process -specifically, removing the name, educational institutions, address details (email and physical), date of birth, and interests/ hobbies.

SOCIAL MOBILITY

Socio-economic diversity and social mobility are such important challenges for organisations to think about and address, so a real celebration of those organisations leading the way.
